Private Tuition
Tuition is offered in Piano/ Keyboard, Flute, Singing, Recorder, Ukulele and Theory.
I offer tuition in Piano and Keyboard from Beginner to Advanced level. I will tailor the lessons and outcomes to suit you/ your child and will encourage you to develop skills and technique, whilst enjoying the musical journey of your choice.
Private Singing tuition is offered to all ages and abilities. Whether it's singing for fun, preparing for auditions, training for graded exams or GCSEs, or personal development, I offer tuition that takes into account your voice, circumstances, choices and goals.
Learning to play the Ukulele is a fun and relatively simple way in to instrumental playing. It's perfect for little fingers and before you know it you'll be singing along to familiar tunes. Ukulele, like Recorder can be taught in a group or individually.
I offer tuition in Flute from Beginner to Advanced level. Lessons include breathing techniques, correct posture, technical studies, sight-reading, aural, duets, as well as enjoyable and challenging repertoire.
Tuition in Recorder is offered initially on the Descant Recorder but progression to the Treble is most likely. Tenor and Sopranino Recorder tuition is also offered as a supplementary progression. Recorder can be taught individually or in groups.
THEORY
Tuition is also offered in Music Theory from Initial to Grade 8, either alongside Instrumental tuition or as a distinct study in preparation for exams, GCSE or A-Level composition or for personal development.
